PaidTab is a platform and mobile application, developed in Toronto. PaidTab allows users to purchase event tickets and food and beverages during the event.
To facilitate the application’s promotion and success during development, the client sought a way to allow users to explore its functionalities while providing feedback for the developers on their user experience.

Our approach
We designed an interactive guided story, where the user could discover the main app functions, as they reached predefined goals and completed structured steps, all with a realistic simulation of the application interface and real-life use cases.
