At All Around, we’re committed to transparency in how we use technology, protect your data, and integrate AI into our workflows. This page explains how we handle client data responsibly and how AI tools and subprocessors are used in service delivery.
How We Use External Tools
We work with trusted technology platforms to help deliver fast, secure, and efficient marketing, analytics, and technology services. AI-based tools are used internally only and never receive personal or confidential client data unless explicitly authorized.
Our Use of AI Tools
We apply AI thoughtfully to enhance speed, creativity, and insights—always with human oversight. Here’s how we ensure safe and responsible use:
- No personal data is entered into AI tools
- Only enterprise-grade tools with contractual privacy guarantees
- AI is used internally—not for file storage or external decision-making
- All AI outputs are reviewed and refined by human experts
- We comply with GDPR, UK GDPR, and the EU AI Act
- Our team is trained in safe and compliant AI use
Your Rights & Our Responsibilities
- When acting as your data processor, we commit to:
- Maintaining internal controls and secure access protocols
- Supporting access, correction, and deletion requests
- Notifying you within 48 hours of any confirmed data breach
- Deleting or returning data at the end of our engagement on request
- Signing a formal Data Processing Agreement (DPA) if required
Subprocessors
To support our services, we work with the following third-party providers. All subprocessors are bound by contractual data protection terms equivalent to those we uphold with clients. This list is reviewed regularly. We notify clients of material changes and allow objections within 7 days.
